I can't imagine how your entry doesn't win this contest -- this "offering" of yours seems like a benchmark-setter to me!
You've really outdone yourself SM, and you and your collaborators have given them the absolutely best work you could've possibly given, and it can't possibly be topped!!
I follow a number of other TGTF artists besides you, but most of them tend to predominantly, if not exclusively, with already existing characters (whether or not their TG counterpart/persona is canon in their particular fictional universe); whereas, those like yourself whose work focuses predominantly (almost exclusively, with respect to yourself) on original characters are quite rare. Amongst that smaller latter contingent, there's really only half a handful whose artistic caliber is close to yours. Most rely very heavily, if not entirely, on AI-rendering. While you have explored AI-rendering, you tend to use it only to compliment pre-existing pieces that you rendered yourself as opposed to using it as your primary means of rendering your art

...and also love hearing the pitch of their voice change to a definitely feminine one from one that sounds immature male!! I love that menacingly beastly snarl of the unseen demon lurking in the shadows, perhaps themself taking shape as the conjuring ceremony draws them forth into our hapless protagonist's realm!!
I also love the bone and joint-cracking sounds indicating the physical discomfort and pain and psychological shock that they're experiencing as their body rather violently changes gender against their will, preparing them for the deflowering that they're about to experience/endure, completely and utterly powerless to resist the carnal lust of the demon to whom they're about to be sexually sacrificed to!!
Looking back almost 10 years later... this moment is still one of the most unique and special ones of our wonderful artist's expressions.

Have his left leg in the air, off the ground, bend the ankle at a slight angle, maybe wiggle it slightly during the segment until the leg drops down. I -think- that might get the effect you're looking for, that he's being pulled/dragged in.
Some deleted scenes from the "Offering" animation. 25 seconds is both longer and shorter than you think, and there's just not enough time for this intro. Plus it's supposed to look like he's being dragged in by an unseen force, but it looks more like he's sliding into home plate - so it would need a bit of rework.
Color test for the big animation. Monochrome palette so it works with just a flat color for the body and one layer of shading, then if I have time I can go back add the detail colors, rim light, glow effects, colored lines, etc.
