Also, did you type that "+" in your username or did it show up on it's own? I had some trouble with encoding/decoding spaces but I'm not sure how there'd be one space and one plus.
You don't appear to be logged in (your comment does not have a user id). In the upper right corner of the page, do you see "Login" or do you see your username? If you click that link do you see your profile or do you get a login prompt?
Also, your account does not have a patreon id. After logging in here, click the "Connect with Patreon" link from your profile. After signing in on patreon.com and clicking "allow", it should redirect you back here and you should see your tier level listed in your profile. If you already did this, did it seem to work or were there any errors?
Heh...not seeing any change in the animation itself, I can only assume it is a reaction to something happening just below the field of view?
Very nicely done, I would say! The facial expressions and body language both manage to capture quite nicely the fact that he's still a bit in shock, but still able to enjoy how good it must feel. Or at least, that's what I got from it, anyway. XD
I do hope you continue to dabble in TG works, as your method of delivery is a huge breath of fresh air and a feast for the eyes, both.
I just became a patron of your Patreon page (2nd highest level at $10 -- "engagement", I believe it's called, but when I clicked this image's thumbnail all I see is the "Become A Patron" disclaimer like someone who's not a patron would see.
I love the fact so much expression is in the face. It makes the work feel less like watching a body "change" and more witnessing someone facing the experience of rapid breast expansion. Biting down on the lip also was a great touch.
Katoan what do you mean they've made all of these tf's? I enjoy TGTF and wouldn't mind knowing where I could access more of that kind of art work. The artist here is one of the few I know of where you can see high quality work without having to register, pay, or give personal info ( I get enough spam.)I also want to give a huge thumbs up to the Artist here since it is such an original take on TGTF from what I am used to.

Just curious... since this particular blonde, as tagged, is a recurring character in these sketches and vignettes, several of them gender swaps, I wonder how you basically picture him/her when you devise these.
Is the guy someone who willingly wants the sex-change for himself, but maybe gets more then he bargained for after it happens (basically, "be careful what you wish for")... or, is he someone who has been tricked/forced into changing into a sexy little female form against his will, and now as a sex-slave, quickly has to learn to love it (or finds himself adapting to his new role quickly)?
@Admin: I can't wait to see gender-swapped Link getting skull-fucked like this in a full-color comic version of this scene and hope you can get around to making it happen!!
