Thats so hot. Reversible at will TG like thats been my personal favorite and I hope we get more of this in the future. Also I think the modern setting is a nice contrast to Lighter Chains and its more fantasty-based setting.
The transformation changes body, hair, currently worn clothing, personal effects, and sex drive. She changes back when her lanyard is removed (most of the time?), that way he can investigate what various parts of his wardrobe turn into.
I love how she's still recovering from the experience of a load of his cum exploding in her mouth, not giving her enough time to regain composure and dignity and clean her face which still has cum smeared across her mouth and chin when he forcefully lifts her to throw her across the room like a rag doll where she conveniently (for him -- and maybe her too) lands sprawled across the glass desk in prone position, legs akimbo stretching the hem of her mini skirt up over her hips, her pantied crotch exposed for his easy access as he approaches close behind her ready to see if she can take dicktation and how good she is at performing this vital office work task!
Did a couple/few of the buttons on her blouse come undone from one frame to the next (transition from the 2nd to the third, that is) to expose more of her heaving busty cleavage?!
The purpose is to breed demons with compatible mortals. The resulting half breeds often retain some super natural powers while being more suited to living on this plane permanently.
Of the choices, I'll definitely give the nod to the Hybrid version. The more detailed background definitely enhances the main character's reaction. It IS interesting to see what the AI does with the character, I'll agree, but overall, I still prefer your art style.
None of the AI-enhanced versions get the facial reaction right, but the more detailed AI background is an improvement. An artist obviously isn't going to be inclined to put in the time and effort to make a background look that ornate when the important part of the image in on what's happening with the person in the foreground, so handing that task to AI makes sense.
A human doing things that require actual thought, skill, and attention to detail while delegating busywork to AI is probably the best way to use it.

For sure, the AI faces all have the eyes looking at something because that's what's in the training set. But for a 'surprise from behind' expression, you want the eyes staring straight forward not focused on anything. Also the teeth clenched "eee" mouth shape is more startled, where the "o" mouth is more surprised, but it just can't do the more emotive facial expressions.
The biggest production potential I can see right now is using it for backgrounds. It's able to match my colors and lighting pretty well with a lot more detail. And even in top tier anime like studio Ghibli, they're using painted over photographs for backgrounds a lot, so it's not that unusual.
The character renders are just an novelty. I like seeing my characters in different styles that I'd never be able to manage.
I know this is weird, but this face seems more shocked from something they've seen, rather than the non-ai face which seemed more shocked from the sound of the lightning bolt
I actually prefer the original. I know, I'm weird. But I like art more than I like AI. The filters can be good for backgrounds, but I think it often sucks the soul out of the characters.

The conflicted expression was intentional, yes. In addition to the long term worries you mentioned, she also has the immediate concern of being the center of attention while in such a state.
I recently went through the series in its whole again, and noticed she didn't get to give him a blowjob and thus emotionally give in to the transformation.
That's pretty darn freaken good actually! There's some inconsistencies, but the art style lends itself to a more jittery style of animation like this. This is where AI is most useful, filling in the labor-intensive blanks and enhancing an artist's hand-work.
