The transformation in the video is starting midway of the whole sequence, THAT is why he is not much manly and the crotch has already changed a while ago.
This "make over" is the seconde part, the part with the "hot" transformations effects that everyones easily enjoy =D

Yep... this is exactly what I would do if I found myself in a similar predicament.

I like the short hair. I agree with the poster above that I prefer long hair on a girl. But if you carry over the TG theme from the sister image I think the short hair fits better.

For me hair style is a bit along the line of clothes. If somebody were to change gender why would their clothes or hair style change? Over time yes, but those things are sort of separate from biology.

And outside the context that this is a TG animation, I think Admin is on a roll, that last shot is incredibly hot! (I hope the name "Admin" is alright, since that's all I could find on the site).

@Stefan - I just have high standards and so it is hard for me to find stuff I like. It brings me happiness, and while there are greater causes in the world, I think you're underselling its significance. IMO I do not think there is enough TG material out there for TG fans, so I am incredibly grateful when someone puts as much effort as Admin clearly does.

The flow is fantastic as usual but I'll throw my lot in with the others mentioning a more masculine starting subject and at least a flattening of the crotch would do. Great job!
