this is gorgeus as always, expecially in the end. but i give you 2 advice to make it perfect: - in my opinion you should try to some sort of genital transformation. - make him look a bit more masculine at the beginning - use also TG-Animation-WIP-02
Amazing. Please keep doing what you do. You bring something unique and desperately needed to the world, and you have such great talent doing it too. A full animation of this quality, I honestly can't think of any other examples that are this well drawn. I know it took a lot of effort to do it, so please know, from the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate it.

The flow is fantastic as usual but I'll throw my lot in with the others mentioning a more masculine starting subject and at least a flattening of the crotch would do. Great job!
@Stefan - I just have high standards and so it is hard for me to find stuff I like. It brings me happiness, and while there are greater causes in the world, I think you're underselling its significance. IMO I do not think there is enough TG material out there for TG fans, so I am incredibly grateful when someone puts as much effort as Admin clearly does.
And outside the context that this is a TG animation, I think Admin is on a roll, that last shot is incredibly hot! (I hope the name "Admin" is alright, since that's all I could find on the site).
The transformation in the video is starting midway of the whole sequence, THAT is why he is not much manly and the crotch has already changed a while ago. This "make over" is the seconde part, the part with the "hot" transformations effects that everyones easily enjoy =D
I can appreciate that this is the "end of the process." However, I do hope that there are intentions/plans to add the "beginning of of the process." Nevertheless, what's here is really great! :)
Hi, first wanna say, I love your animation, and this one is just amazing. :-) I would like to practice some tg animation, and so wanted to ask if you would allowe me to use yours as help, of course I will give credit, would use a different style and character, please give me an answer in a note on deviantart. If you not allowe, it is also okay with me.
This is just a crazy idea that's popped to my mind, but have you considered putting sound effects into this animation like you did with the animation you did with Mako?
The sound effects were entirely Mako's doing, I just did the animation. I don't have any way of doing sound effects, though I could probably come up with something. The main barrier is voice acting.

I updated this to use html5 video instead of flash. Still having loading problems on android chrome, but it looks like google just decided to break that some time in the last 6 months.
