I think its really interesting how this second take has iterated on the first. The outfits ever so slightly different, who knows what else will be different this time.
Pretty certain that was literally always the goal. The whole comic was about a gradual escalation of the situation she was in, as she was essentially molded to purposes. That's why Torrin was always a feature. First it was just acclimitisation to his presence, then it escalated up, same way as Mistress started with just letting Allison touch herself, and then touched her, and then penetrated, etc etc.
Im not sure exactly what it is about her here (besides the hair, obviously) but something just makes her look totally different. Regardless, I cant wait until we get to this point in her story, if it is a point in LC.

if you follow the strap she's holding outside of the mirror you can see her panties don't quite match up, this may be a flaring from her movement, which would mean air caught could form this "bulge" you describe
Even with her full compliance he takes such a commanding grip on her. When he's not holding back she needs to be completely obedient just to breathe. It's the only thing she's permitted to do, that and feel.
