I'm pretty sure this is what happened, but just to be absolutely certain... besides the magical clothing change to lace panties and form-fitting tank-top, did she also get reduced down (customized), by the genie, to a more petite body size, or am I just being fooled by the slightly different angle in the bottom panel?
I hope she *did* get some further height taken away, for that would be most awesome. In my opinion, anyway, shrinking (within human norms) is one of the more crucial and satisfying elements of fantasy MtF gender swap scenarios.
Thing I like about this situation is that if our Protagonist understands the situation, she knows what changes are going to happen to her, physically and mentally, because she wished for those exact changes.

A taste of magic and the fragrance of the inacessible.
